Donations:  Careask  foundation provides a platform for individuals and organizations to make and receive charitable donations. By making a donation, you agree that you are making a charitable gift, and you understand that donations are non-refundable.

Use of Funds: Careask   foundation   will make every effort to ensure that donations are used for the purposes they are intended. However, we cannot guarantee that the recipient organizations will use the funds as specified. 

• Once “Donate” - option is selected you will be directed for membership Form and then payment through net banking or debit / credit card. You can choose the desired payment option and proceed.
• Once the payment is successful, you will become member of Careask  foundation
• In case the payment is not successful due to any reason you will get a display on the status of failure in payment.
• In case none of the above two happens, and there is heavy delay in any response from the system - if you have not proceeded with payment and not given card detail particulars, you may proceed from the beginning again and start the payment process again

In case you have given all the debit / credit card details or net baking authorization for payment, and have not got any response, please check with your bankers or Credit Card Company and see if your account is debited. If your bank account/cc is debited, please don’t make any attempt to pay again.

• In any case, make a note of reference/transaction details in case of net banking or card payment.
• Tax exemption: All donations to Careask  foundation are exempt under section 80G of Income Tax Act.
• We do not accept anonymous donations. However, if you would like your name to be anonymous, please contact us at our office. We shall not reveal any details, except when it may be required under process of law.
• If you receive an electronic receipt for your donation but would like to receive a paper receipt, please contact Careask  foundation Head office
• By donating to Careask  foundation online, you agree that you are making a donation out of your own funds, and are not in any way, using our online portal, to affect a transaction, which is in contravention or in violation of Indian laws and regulations.
• Data Security: We take utmost precautions with your data; we will never share your information. We also do not store any sensitive information like your credit card or bank details.

The term Careask  foundation  or 'us', or ‘we’ refer to the owner of the website/application. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website. The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:-

1.    I/We agree and accept the services provided by us at my/our request for payment of donation through online mode.
2.   While organization will take all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of the payment details, the organization is not liable for any error. I/We shall not hold the organization responsible for any loss, damage, etc. that may be incurred / suffered by me/us if the information contained turns out to be incorrect.
3.   I/We agree that we will make donation payments as required by the Online Payment System. I/We will not hold the organization responsible for the Online Payment System rejects the payment amount because of incorrect or incomplete entries.
4.   I/We agree that the record of the instructions given and transaction with the organization shall be conclusive proof and binding for all the purposes and can be used as evidence in any proceeding.
5.   CAREASK  FOUNDATION reserves the right to reject any donation, which is not complete in details like name, address, phone number, email id, etc.
6.    Our online payment gateways are to be used only by genuine donors. Unauthorized donations, and donations from entities, which have not entered their full contact details are liable to be rejected / refunded. Donations made by third party instruments; or from suspect IP addresses may be reported to domestic legal authorities.
7. Donors are advised to provide the right email address and phone number during registration. Our Payment Gateways conduct security checks by random choice of donors. So it is important to have the right contact details.

REFUND POLICY :-

In case of duplicate payment, kindly approach CAREASK  FOUNDATION office for refund with proof of the transaction reference/ your bank statement.

Refund will be processed within 10-15 working days, respective payment gateway will send back to the issuing bank [user’s card banker] in batches for processing, which approximately should take 8-15 working days, depending on issuing banks policies.
